Good sized room and bathroom, comfy bed, very soft pillows and WiFi included which worked well. Shower was powerful and the room was made up daily. We had a small fridge and microwave in the room. There isn’t a kettle in the room, but tea, coffee and hot chocolate are available free 24/7 in reception. Breakfast was plentiful and tasty, bread, pastries, cold meats and cheeses etc plus a waffle maker and scrambled eggs and bacon. There is a tram stop directly outside the hotel, which is handy but can be a bit noisy if you have the window open, but room was air conditioned so no need to keep the window open. Would recommend.

nice stay. clean room. nice bed. great location - cant find better for the price. inconvenient to get tea by going downstairs, no kettle in rooms. even budget hotels have kettle in room. otherwise great stay

Well located, tram stop outside, supermarket across the road. Room was great, and loved the complimentary hot drinks and water. Great to have a fridge and microwave in the room, would definitely stay here again
