Clean & Functional, the Novotel on Sukhumvit 20 delivers everything that you need for a comfortable stay in Bangkok. The rooms are large and spacious and very clean. Big windows allowing lots of natural light into the rooms and block out blinds to allow you to sleep at night. The beds are very comfortable, with good pillows and quality linens. The room has loads of storage space for your items, large tv and in room safe. I like that you can stock your own drinks in the mini bar. The bathrooms are large enough, with a choice of two shower heads, good water pressure. Separate toilet and both very clean. Decent shampoo & body gel. The staff are an asset to this hotel. All the staff we encountered were very polite, spoke a good level of English and were very accommodating. The hotel facilities, were good, there was a nice choice of bars and restaurants. The pool was good, well equipped gym, a day spa and even a children’s pool and kids club. There is a lovely roof top bar “Sky on 20” which has happy hour drinks & very good service, and a lovely place to unwind and watch the sunset. Breakfast at the hotel is great, provides a lot of variety and the food is delicious. The hotel isn’t located on the main road, but it is walkable to the skytrain, bars and restaurants nearby. The hotel also provides a limited tuk tuk service to drop you off at the main road, which goes approximately every half hour. The hotel is good value and good for a short say, I would be happy to stay at this hotel again.

Attentive and good services. The staff make efforts to accommodate requests. Location is good which is near to 2 train stations but just the long walk. Perhaps the breakfast spread and executive lounge could be better.

The Novotel Soi 20 is one of the friendliest places I have stayed. The staff cannot do enough for you. Big thanks to Miss Jam at reception for great advice on how to navigate around busy Bangkok - including tips on where to shop and find amazing Thai food. The room was very comfortable and the pool party they put on for guests was a lot of fun. Perfect location just off Sukhumvit Road with easy access to everything.
