Staff friendly, location good, room spacious and clean, bed not so good (pillows like bricks and mattress made one sweat. Like it was covered in rubber or something. Sleepless night). Breakfast was good.

Due to warm weather the room was quite hot and AC was turned off (by the house). Couldn't keep the windows open because of the noise from the station and street. The pillows (all 4) were lumpy and the mattress in need of updating. The personnel was nice and helpful and breakfast was good.

Given the fluctuating and cooler temperatures recently, our air conditioning system is currently set to heating mode and unfortunately cannot be individually adjusted. We are waiting for the temperatures to stabilize before switching the system to cooling mode. We also appreciate your constructive feedback regarding the pillows and mattress. Rest assured, we will take your comments into account as we strive to improve the quality of our services.
