During my recent three-day stay at the hotel, I experienced some service issues that I would like to bring to your attention. Firstly, while I requested room cleaning on the third day, I found that basic amenities such as shower gel and shampoo were not replenished. This oversight was unexpected and below the standard service one would anticipate from a hotel of your caliber. While I was unable to request immediate assistance due to time constraints, I believe such essential replenishments should be proactively addressed by the hotel staff without guest intervention. Additionally, I encountered some dissatisfaction regarding the breakfast service. On the second day, I arrived at 10:37, just after the specified breakfast closing time of 10:30, and was met with a disapproving tone from the staff member managing breakfast. Furthermore, on the third day, the bread toast machine was out of service due to maintenance-related electricity issues. While I understand that maintenance is necessary, I was surprised by the lack of prior notification or signage indicating the temporary unavailability of the service. As a repeat guest who has had positive experiences at Mercure properties in Thailand, these issues were unexpected and detracted from my overall satisfaction with my stay. I hope you will address these concerns to ensure a consistent and high-quality experience for all guests
