On arrival - front desk staff were really helpful. On a two week trip - this hotel had the most comfortable beds of 5 hotels used. Would give 10 but for the fact the sound proofing between rooms could be better.

The Prepayment email I received the evening before my stay was very unfriendly. The email stated that if the Prepayment was not completed by midnight the day before, the booking would be automatically cancelled. I clicked on the link in the email, but it did not even tell me how to make the payment. Also, when the booking was approved on the Accor Hotel website, there seemed to be no such information.

We have a wonderful stay here for a few nights away. The rooms are clean, bright, modern and welcoming and the standard of room is quite high. The hotel is located very close to a metro station and relatively easy to access from the airport. The Reception staff were welcoming and we really enjoyed the quietness of the property. The TV is of an excellent standard and we stayed win a Suite and was surprised at having two TV's. Thank you for such a wonderful stay and we will most definitely be back.
