Room was so hummed upon arrival air conditioning was off and took long to cool down. Toilet not clean with mini cockroaches. Very small bathroom to the size of bedroom, water in the shower without pressure

the hotel is good, the location is great, got the junior sweet room which was spacious, clean and great. once simple comment that the shower was very small and not convenient to use. Staff were courteous and respectful.

Reception are very helpful. spacious rooms with all facility. food is nice and there are nice promotion. good value for the money the only bad thing is that they didn't clean the room except at 7 pm. rooms was very ht when i checked inn it seems that the room was not occupied for a long time.

They did not upgrade my room & they ask me to pay an additional amount for upgrading my room & i pay big amount for that . ......................................................................................

The rooms are ok but bath rooms are so small and have problems in shower which is again so small and have drain problems. As an Architect I find The design of the suits are not good, it could be better.

Need more attention from the management, the service was average.The employees in the restaurant do not respect the customers. the food option poor.The checkout take a lot of time and staff not trained well.

Mercure Al-Hamra hotel is the best hotel for the business and relaxation, the location is good and quite, the room service is good and the breakfast is also good. I always choose for all my business trips.
