Spacious and very comfortable rooms. Hotel location is excellent within reasonable walking distance to District 1 and the major sights of Ho Chi Ming City. The Social Club restaurant food and service is excellent with stunning city views. Special thanks to staff Chao, Thinh and Tan Nhut at concierge who made our stay memorable. The only improvement suggestion would be to provide some shade cover over part of the swimming pool and pool seating area, as the pool faces West and gets very hot in the afternoon.

Almost everything was fine or excellent. But... First day cleaning service in the room, left empty bottles and towels from the pool in the floor. Shower with low pressure

I love the decor, food at restaurants and how helpful the staff in this hotel. Although we had bad experience with booking a car pick up at the airport and took Grab instead, concierge are helpful and took time to understand our feedback on how to provide better service next time.

Since our room was prepaid the hotel desk person would not take a credit card and it really hindered our stay. we had drinks and apps on the deck and they ran after us to pay, we had dinner and it was a huge hassle as well . they did not make us feel welcome . I am a platinum accord member as well but since an agent booked the room they said it did not matter
