The Hotel is very Homey, the staff are very helpfull, friendly dan so kind. The food is very delicous, with many kind and variuos menu. Mr. Hendra, Mr. Rio and Mrs. Zahra. The are best employee of the Hotel. Very Kind, and so Fast Response for our need.

To be honest 1st time we”re go to here and beeing happy for the fist time we arrive here we presented witg the room parfume whom romantic and clean and the receptionist full smily,,, We got more disc price for eid fitr,, wth more facility we can explore our gappy such us we can swim, gym and we can looking Jakarta in the sixth floor from balcony,, its very amazing day for us

Comfortable room and tidy. The place is also cozy and clean. I was so happy with the experience in ibis style sunter. Definitely worth the price and going to be here again if I have a chance, the staff Dinda in receptionist is also helpful as well as good communication skills.

Strategic location, poor hygiene

In general, the experience was satisfactory. The hotel's strategic location made it suitable for my stay. The front desk recognized my loyalty status and provided the corresponding benefits. However, there were significant deficiencies in bathroom hygiene. The trash bin had sticky substances at the bottom, the toilet seat was broken, the sink was dirty and clogged, and there was a slimy pinkish residue resembling phlegm from a previous guest, which caused the sink to clog. It is appreciated that you provided a bolster; however, it comes without any linen. It appears to be quite old, and I am uncertain when it was last cleaned, if ever. Lastly, the bath towel was in an unacceptable condition. It was unpleasant to the touch and emitted an unpleasant odor, similar to an improperly dried towel that smelled like feet.
