Booked because I am an Accor Hotels member, and I needed an overnight stay after a gig at the nearby Jam House (Birmingham, UK). All staff were polite, and check-in was speedy and efficient on our arrival. We enjoyed a (very!) late drink at the hotel's bar before turning in. Bed was comfortable.

Really more than I expected! Very central location. Very clean, the breakfast is good with most of the items you would expect to see. The complementary coffee machine is a good touch. Very friendly staff and really helpful. Easy check in and check out.

Good location, close to restaurants and city centre. Breakfast was good, clean restaurant, friendly staff. Ample and secure parking space. Room was clean although I found some of the pillows hard for my liking. The room that we had was a bit hot, airconditioning doesn't seem to be working . On our last night, our room keys were not working and our room was not locked properly. Free drinks at the reception was a nice touch.
