Location is good but hotel room was not clean. There were dead insects on the side of bed and pillow. In the bathroom, towel heating dtand was full of dirt and i had to wipe myself. Breakfast was the worst we ever had in any Accor hotel -absolutely no warm dish for vegeterians.

Everything met expectations, except for in-house restaurant for dinner after 15h drive from London. We appreciated that dogs were welcome. Rooms are spacious, beds comfortable and bathrooms are nice.

When we arrived we where told that we had no room and that we had reserved the wrong dates and that we had cancelled. Eventually after an embarrassing 10 minutes in front of other clients, and us having to go on line to find your email reservation we where told that yes we had a valid reservation. We also cannot understand that we pay for parking and again pay a second time for parking when on the charging station. The last time we came things where very different.
