We spent a great stay in your hotel. The room was so lovely and we have appreciated the welcome card and little attentions( cookies, tea, beer,..).The breakfast is deilicious and presents a large display of fresh products . It is situated near all the main attractions , buses and waverley station. Last but not least, the personnal is friendly and always ready to please you so you can really feel at home! A special thanks to the smiling Mercedes who does her bestto please the clients. We recommand this establishment to everybody. We'll surely come back!

Wonderful stay. Specially Mercedes was super helpful making our time in Edinburgh memorable. Hotel was clean and very easy to get to when staying in Edinburgh. All staff where courteous. Happy to stay again in future travels. A big thank you.

I can't recommend this hotel enough. It is centrally located within easy reach of everything. The staff are friendly, polite and efficient at all times. We booked a balcony room, which was so worth the extra money, with stunning views toward Princes Street on one side and the Firth of Forth on the other. Breakfast was continental style, well presented and plentiful. The Manager and his team are a credit to the Accor group.

The hotel staff Hercedes and Ilaria are very friendly and approachable. They take initiative to connect with customers. We are pleased with our stay. In addition, the bar offer free drink as our choice that is very generous gesture. We enjoy the live music by Jason in the evening from 8pm to 10 pm. Thank you everyone

My second stay in an Ibis Styles property. The location of this hotel is perfect. I was given a newly refurbished room at check in. The room was great. Huge tv, nice bathroom with an amazing shower. Breakfast was very nice too. Staff were very nice and helpful. Would recommend for sure.
