I will include "Good Stay" only if there was no Pool Party in the hotel on Tuesday 09.04.24. The music was so load and noisy, even the window glasses and mirror in my room (at 8 floor) also shaken. Probably the management need to consider the maximum volume for the music during the party is Novotel is not only hotel for holidays but it is also hotel for business trip. I was having video call with my colleagues in other countries (Switzerland, New York, Honduras, Nepal, Bangladesh) and they all laughed at me anytime I switched on my microphone as if I was in a loud bar instead of inside my room in Novotel.

Happy Day in Novotel hotel and The Square restaurant having breakfast. Nice pillow and so comfortable in here for us..service are good and especially Ms Kay is very helpful and friendly .. so sweet day for us and I will be come back again and never forget to relax day in Novotel .. Wifi speed is slow. Disruption from Power cut off a few time in a night. Cabe TV signal was weak. Likely due to weak wifi signal
