Nice room, friendly staff , maintenance technician needs more training as we were asked to change a room when it was a simple matter of changing a fridge , Fitness centre reception staff need more training to help as it took 3 attempts to get a key towell Change rooms and showers need an upgrade to cleaning Room service - u able to charge to room account and kept my guest for cash which at the time we had not exchanged local currency Worst of all,, staff knocked on door to chase up laundry which was totally uncalled for and disturbed my privacy at 9 15 am Sunday morning - I was unaware to press the fo not distrurb button as I wouldn't expect staff to contact us before checkout time

The room and beddings are very clean and neat. Customer service is super good. Breakfast is excellent. Staff are very helpful and friendly especially Kay. I stayed here for 10 days and I recommend others to also stay here in Novotel Yangon. ❤️

I briefly stayed at Novotel Yangon Max with my cousin sisters and one problem which we had encountered was that they locked us out of our room though we had informed about “late check out”. We were locked out in public lobby with our swimsuits as we could no longer use our card to use the elevator either! Plus, one of our rooms smelled like cigarettes (seemed like the previous guests might have smoked in the bathroom!). Otherwise, it was okay.
