Stay was good and staff was extremely helpful. Only problem in the trip was that i had requested for baby cot at the time of booking the hotel, however the baby cot provided on check in night malfunctioned. The staff tried there level best but coudnt provide baby cot on the first night. However, staff told me that the breakfast is on adagio and its free for my family as a token. On the second day baby cot was provided to us.

Guy at check-in was so unprofessional. He looks bored and not very friendly. He also gave me old password for door access and WiFi. Also, nobody’s inform me about there’s no cleaning service. Neither anything on Accor website or uppon check-in. I had to stay with dirty linens for 6 days…
