From the welcome desk to the HUB restaurant, everyone was very nice to us! We definetly come back and indicate the hotel. Nice restaurant, the chef suggest the wine harmonization. The Risotto could a little more al dente. Great deal on the upgrade. T

« Always a nice place »

I really like this hotel. I think the gym could have more machines. The room service woke me up every day at 9 AM to offer some boytles of water....why ? I dont know why after 2 long stays my points is still zero ???

« First time disappointed at this hotel »

For some unknown reason, during checkin I was not recognized as platinum member of le club, the reward program for accor. I got no free drinks, I got no welcome kit in the room and I was told I was upgraded, when in reality I was given only a twin bed (which in fact is an upgrade, and I also understand isn't all the time I will get an upgrade). This all was fixed (exception to the room)when on the 2nd day I complained about the lack of status recognition. 2nd thing - I love coffee and believe one of the best moves the accor network did was to install Nespresso machines at breakfast and, in some hotels, Nespresso coffe machines in the room. Unfortunately, although I asked, my room didn't have one. And, to finish, this hotel is the only one of the many I visited they don't carry the Ristretto type of coffe in the breakfast lounge...

Concerning the Nespresso Ristretto capsule, our supplier unfortunately did not deliver us this type of coffee. We tried to reach it by other ways, but for some reason, we understand the Nespresso distribution falling-out – at least in our region. In about 3 days we expect to receive it though. We are deeply sorry about it. As you commented, it was the 1st time you were disappointed with us, and we know you are a frequent guest here and stay with us several times. Please, accept our sincerest apologizes for these punctual episodes. We already tried to contact you – by email – and certainly we have the intention to carefully track your remarks more closely. We will verify what exactly happened, and we really appreciate to receive your feedback about some particular questions we sent you: that will definitely help us with our internal operational processes. This was my first time at Pullman hotels and I was very impressed with the excelent services and kind attention I was given during my stay. The bar at entrance is great, the place is very organized and I hadnt to way in line to anything: that´s exactally what I look for when travelling for business purposes.

Very well located and near to fancy malls. Rapid acess to Vila Olímpia, Brooklin and Itaim Bibi as also Ibirapuera park. Nice services and equipments. However more for business than Family. Loud music at the restaurant is not confortable for breakfest.

Everything was great!!the rooms were clean and tide. We hada great time... altough the hotel is under construction, we didn't heard any sound at all. I really recomend this hotel foir a weekend at the most important brasilian city!

« Major Renovation »

I have stayed at this hotel may times over the past three years. This time the lobby, bar, and restaurant we all gone due to major renovation. This was not fully disclosed at the time of the reservation. Discounted rooms rates should have been offered as all the services were moved to the mezzanine area used for conferences. Not very pleasant stay because of this disruption.

« A good hotel »

This is a good hotel I have stayed in several times. I would reccomend it to anyone. The staff is professional and the facilities are good. I was in a suite this time and it clearly had not been used fdor some time. It was dusty. Otherwise it was great.

« Nice but lacks polish »

First impressions were pretty good: impressive lobby, nice bar area, friendly and attentive staff, good size suite etc. etc. What was lacking was just the final attention to detail that one has a right to expect from an 'upmarket' hotel: e.g. not enough slippers provided, not enough towels provided, no turn-down service, sloppy housekeeping and so on. We had a pleasant enough stay, but I expected more from a hotel of this type.
