Well they are not as good as it use to be but at least the breakfast is free. The Kettle is not working and they don't have a valet or concierge. They don't give the late check out options as well. Hopefully it will be better services in the future.

« what a nice place poor service »

helo ibis, my stay was really good its just that the shower box is easily broken, and i had to wait for the housekeeper to come and fix it after at least 5 calls as i was rushing my taxi was already waiting. The lift/room card is not working every time so i had to go down to rescan my card, and still is not working so i had to go down again just then the receptionist give me a new card, very poor system

« nice room & service, not bad surroundings, but not so good breakfast »

I stayed 2 nights with my family. The room was nice & the service was good. It's located in not bad surroundings. However, we did not like the breakfast. The breakfast food was not tasty enough for us.

« Very Good Hotel in Malang »

Very good Hotel, still new, the room is huge, modern design with minimalist furniture. it has good size swimming pool looks very nice. The staffs are friendly and helpful, the Breakfast has many choices of delicious foods, as an Accorplus Platinum member i got more benefits like room upgrade etc. thank you for everything.

All is Good except Breakfast. Breakfast with Smokers are annoying for us especially Family with baby, Food is less of variation and when the food runs out, the addition of the food is very slow.Stay with Family

Annoying cigeratte smoke in the restaurant and swimming pool. Allowing guests to inhale polluted air is something accor aiming to? This hotel was chosen because it offers a spacious room for 3 adults (a double bed + a sofa bed). Included breakfast was delicious and enjoyable. It had traditional Indonesia cuisine. It would be better if there is a special area for smokers.
