This was our third stay at Novotel Resort and Spa. It was a comfortable stay with clean and comfortable rooms. We really enjoyed the swimming pool and the floating bar. The staff is polite and courteous. Its proximity to the Candolim beach with free shuttle service is an added advantage. The food spread is also amazing.

Overall a good property. Some improvement areas: Bathrooms were stinking - especially of the suites Checkin process improvement required - reservation got auto cancelled and the front desk had no idea why Most of the time no one available for arcade games Room wooden floors very slippery Good things: Friendly staff Good food Pool is good, but pool staff was a bit rude

The stay was good, overall good experience, ac gave a little problem from the second day, although help desk attended the issue, however the cooling did not expectation. The food would need some changes. The service was over all meeting expectation. The taste of the food can be looked into
