The stay was good, overall good experience, ac gave a little problem from the second day, although help desk attended the issue, however the cooling did not expectation. The food would need some changes. The service was over all meeting expectation. The taste of the food can be looked into

Did not have a pleasant experience in check in Process. After we travelled by road for 11 hours, we were really exhausted and kids wanted to use washroom, but the guy in check-in said unless entire payment for 3 nights are made (though i had paid 50% as pre-booking, room allocation cannot be done. When we wanted to use restaurant for lunch, they say payment cannt be added to the room bill. They we had to go back to room to fetch wallet and make payment. I understand this may be you process, but not guest friendly and makes guest feel uncomfortable. Digital lock for the room was not working as battery was low. We had to wait 15-20 mins more till the technical guy came n fixed it. Overall we didn't have good experience in this property.

Changing room of pool could have been improved. Side wall of the pool was not that great. rest was good
