Good location but some areas for improvement

I had a relatively good experience. Staff were polite and helpful. Challenge as an English speaker as it was difficult on several occasions to communicate as all staff didn’t speak English. My room was clean, lighting was poor and too dark. The bathroom had issues with the toilet flush broken and the shower glass had no sealant to stop water spilling over on the floor. Staff knew this as they would provide two floor towels and put one exactly where water would pour out. The air condition didn’t get very cold and given outside temperatures of 34 degrees the room comfort wasn’t the best. The overall experience was satisfactory but the issues noted mostly to do with the estate/maintenance which can be improved. The friendly staff did help to make it a good experience.

Bad internet connection Staff knocking very frequently on the door for service very annoying and intrusive

We fully understand your frustration regarding the lack of Wi-Fi in your room and the inconvenience caused to the service during your stay. This experience was terrible! We checked in for 2 nights. Loud music, cockroaches, personal concierge number not working, bathtub clogged! On the 1st night there was a loud open-air concert from 6 PM until 5 AM. The building was shaking and the sound was bouncing through the walls. The concierge did not seem to be aware of the end time, and we met more than 5 people who went downstairs to complain at the front desk, but nothing was done. Bathtub was clogged and the shower barely had water, we informed the staff but nothing was done until our departure.
