"Location Location...."

The location is perfect but the price, particularly in peak periods, is very high. Quay West don't seem to pick up the discounts offered by others in the Accor Group which is disappointing.The facilities and service are very good. We have stayed here several times and will return gain no doubt!

The front desk staff both for check in & out, were personal with great service, actually they are the best I have experienced & I travel in Australia & overseas often. Thank You.Our evening meal in the Restaurant, was also caring informed service with delicious, good value meals. Our room was beautifully clean, well appointed for leisure, work & comfortable sleep, with a lovely view to the river & city, & opening windows if you want fresh air.The breakfast waitress seemed to want to be somewhere else, but the breakfast spread was a great variety of choice to prepare for whatever the day brings.The hotel was close to what I needed & so much more.. shops, cafes, parks, Arts, & Theatre. All this at a reasonable rate. Fantastic! Well done Quay West Suites.
