Amazing, clean room. We were able to store our bags and roam the city before checking in. & our room was ready early. The receptionist who checked us in was bubbly and very helpful. We had a room with beautiful views and cannot fault the stay at all. Thank you team

The room was quite dated and the furniture was old. Unfortunately our pull out couch didn’t close properly so we couldn’t sit on it comfortably as it was sticking up. Location was handy though.

Two night stay with family of 4, 2 bedroom apt with 2 bathrooms and enough space with balcony for fresh air. Car parking access needed instruction. Oven difficulties whilst cooking....however could still make use of kitchen facilities.

Booked for 6 people. Given a room for four people. Then was told I had to pay extra for roll out beds. Or pay extra for a 6 person room, although I had paid for 6 already. Then had no water in the room for a full 24 hours, then no hot water for the next 24 hours. Only had for towels for 6 people. Worst experience I’ve had.
