Yet again another Sebel where facilities are not availableLast year Sebel Cairns pool area N/A due to a function.This year pool renovation - It would be nice if these were advertised on the website so the paying client can have an informed choiceSebel - receiving fees for facilities that aren't available PRICELESS - not

We stayed in a 3 bedroom apartment which was extremely clean and spacious .We had great views from the apartment.The staff were very polite and helpful.Wished we could have stayed longer.We will stay there again.

The beds were upgraded a while ago and are nice and comfortable. The rooms are very basic and you need to shop around for price as buying direct or through Accor is a lot more expensiveStaff were helpful but I am disappointed with the Accor rewards program compared to the GHA which was a lot more beneficial.

This hotel is well located, clean and extremely comfortable. Visited Chatswood on business - so a short and low cost trip by train from the CBD and a two minute walk to the Hotel was all that was required. The Hotel is two minutes from everything - the great Concourse entertainment precinct, Westfield, Chase and countless Asian influenced restaurants. Scored a room with balcony over a balmy two nights and enjoyed great nights sleeps with open doors and fresh air! The most enjoyable business trip I've had for ages.

We recently stayed at this hotel over a 3 night period. During this time the air conditioning was not working. Despite the staffs efforts to heat the unit with a small oil heater. The unit was very unpleasant .I asked for the manager to contact me but 1 week on I have herd nothing.View management response »
