Great location, but this hotel is long overdue for renovation in its structure and service levels. We booked a one-bed apartment with ocean views and were delighted to find out at reception that we'd been upgraded to a two-bed apartment on the top (14th floor). Then we went to our apartment complete with a roof top terrace, BBQ and spa pool. Really disappointed that the spa pool was empty - rang reception and they said that we were 'lucky to be upgraded' and that the 'pools were only filled for people staying two or more nights'.

Fabulous views from large balcony. Paint work being carried outside and that was making a big improvement. Large and spacious accommodation. Staff very friendly. Very central to cafes and restaurants and beach.

Had a great stay! Check in service was great, rooms very spacious and clean (2 bedroom apartments). Only "downer" was the rooms are a little tired. Our room desperately needed a repaint and the blinds replaced (some were mouldy) - we expected more from Accor group in relation to looking after their rooms.Would stay here again though would want a better rate :)

Stayed in a 2 bedroom unit with friends for a few days in July. Staff were very helpful and friendly, unit was clean and well kept. Beds were comfortable and there were plenty of towels for the bathrooms as well as for the pool. Kitchen was adequately stocked - might only suggest that there are a few more bowls and maybe come microwave dishes. Enjoyed our stay and would recommend. Location is convenient.
