dirty entry door to main entry door to #601/602/603 #602 left bedside lamp still not working, reported two months ago food quality takes you back 30 years in time, tried twice, never again

Thank you for upgrading us to a three bedroom villa. It was a very nice and a comfortable villa. The receptionists were very friendly and considerable when we needed help. The bar menus and the morning buffet were so amazing with a lot of choices and varieties. We couldn't try everything but everything we had tasted delicious. We will definitely come back here for our next travel to The Entrance.

Poor restaurant experience

Kaz was on the front desk of the restaurant when mother and I entered the restaurant for breakfast. She was rude in her manner, and tone, pointing out that we did not have a booking, despite breakfast being included in our hotel room payment. She made an effort to tell us twice that having breakfast included didn’t mean we had a booking and that they were not the same, appearing like she needed to prove us wrong. She then showed us to our table, asked us if we would like a coffee, and then proceeded to passive aggressively educate my mother on the difference between a cappuccino and a late and what my mother was ordering was in fact not correct and continued to be passive aggressive Ponting out that she was wrong until I intervened as her son, and said my mother didn’t require an education session and I believed her attitude was rude. She did not apologise, rather disappeared out back. When she did arrive my coffee was completely wrong. I asked for a latè, I got a cappuccino with chocolate ???? It was such a disappointing way to finish what was a very special weekend with my mum who had flown over from New Zealand to spend time with me after what has been a challenging few months for me after a car accident. What was even more disappointing was that I continued to sit and listen to Kaz speaking to people in the same manner every time someone checked in for breakfast. Her front of house behaviour is appalling. As a general manager in health, I find it completely unacceptable for someone such as Kaz to have the privileges of being a team leader (I believe her name badge claimed a leadership title of some sort). Deliberately making it her mission to criticise others and make them feel belittled is unacceptable. I would like this lodged as an official complaint and this investigated. My mother left the restaurant and said this to me, “I’ve never had someone speak to me like that, she was so intimidating, I just shut down”.
