The hotel is centrally located and the hotel accommodated me needing rooms next to each other after placing us on separate floors. There were queues at the check in desk so more staff needed. The rooms need some TLC. Peeling paint, toilet water constantly running after flushing. Rusty mirrors around the edges. Telephone numbers for room service, reception, etc all incorrect. Not what you would expect from that type of hotel.

While the hotel is functional, the furnishings are pretty dated and tired looking. The study chair is peeling off leather which gets stuck to my white pants. Bathroom and lighting (especially the ceiling lights) have the 90s vibes. Check-in experience wasnt great as well as the staff was not familiar with the system and did not communicate the system is facing issue. Wasn't proactive to get another counter to help me with my check-in.
