Overall good stay but parking situation has issues

Room is nice and check in great. Hotel is clean and in good location. However parking situation with valet is poor. This is my second time having the same issue where not getting the car on time when requested in advance (just because they forgot). Breakfast in peak morning times is chaos!

Well located but bad experience

Customer service wasn’t great… toilet was leaking, I tried to call reception, concierge and room service around 745 but no was picking up the phone. receptionist told me when I checked in that breakfast was included but when I went at the restaurant she said it’s not.

Nice stay

Ive stayed in this hotel a couple of times and this one was probably the worst one. The room was in very dark, the bathtub door couldn’t open properly cause the toilet seat was in the way. Besides that, the rooms were very clean and the bed was comfortable as always. The guy checking us in was not very nice and was requesting an specific time for our departure. The lady checking us out was okay. We will be back

Not well maintained

Our hot water went off 3 time during our 2 night stay. Unfortunately our phone in the room did not work so we had to walk down to reception each time for help. Staff were less then worried about it and said if it happened 4 times we would then consider moving room. Our daughter was unable To take necessary shower before her operation at the hospital and procedure was delayed due to having to shower at the hospital instead.
