I thought the hotel was nice and clean. Parking was expensive and although I received a full breakfast as a part of my rate, when I ordered poached eggs and bacon i was charged for the bacon as the staff member stated it was a side. I ordered this meal 3 days in a row and was charged differently every time. I don't believe eggs and bacon is anything out of a normal full cooked breakfast but obviously it was!

We were pleasantly surprised by the quality of the room and the service provided by staff. The location right opposite the Botanical Gradens was great and just a short stroll to the centre of Brisbane. We will go back.

If you enjoy jackhammers as an alarm clock stay here, after spending a small fortune to say and moving rooms 3 times. Two demolition machines on the building next door is just the start. The service in this hotel is bad particularly in the restaurant .View management response »

"Quality at a competitive price"

From reviews we were not expecting the quality that we experienced as many review said that the establishment was tired - our unit was not. Good sized rooms, adequate kitchen. Having own laundry was helpful. Easy walk to Mall and over to the galleries on the southbank.The lifts broke down one evening, but that is not the establishment's fault.
