Tired and understaffed ! Check in - an Enormous queue and wait to check in Room - Tired, grubby windows, air conditioning that smelt musty and moth - YES Moths on every wall and ceiling Room service ? - Terrible room ‘service’ Staff tried, but ….. I will never stay here again !

Nice to see that it is a combination of Mecure and Pullman hotels. However disappointing that the room was soo old. No amenities such as tooth brush, which are all on request. Then call concierge at 10pm. No response for 5 calls all going to dead end. No v/m to leave and the next morning is the same. I would say it was 6/10 overall. However only the location is good for report back.

Extremely disappointing

The room was reasonably comfortable. However the internet didn't work and we tried to phone from our room as it was late at night and the phone was engaged all the time. I dressed and went to reception and they said the phones were open so the phone in the room must not be working. They gave us a different access for the internet. When I returned to the room it still didn't work and it was too late to keep going to reception to try to sort it out. I had booked the hotel because it was advertised on Qantas as having parking. This is ambiguous as I assumed parking to be included and they charged us $50 for the night and it was valet parking away from the site so we couldn't go to the vehicle to go out and had to wait for the car to be delivered. None of this matched our expectations and the staff were very disinterested. We will never stay there again!!

Hi - The convenience of the Location was the reason for Booking the Hotel. However on the first night the A/C in the Room was not working, the Toiletries were not in the Bathrooms, nor basics such as Water not kept. I was shifted to another Room and I had to physically go up and down to order my food as the Phone was not working in the Room. Both Complaints were made. Staff was friendly however felt that it is important that the Guest is made comfortable when paying for a service.
