The location was really good. Most of the service was good, but the cleanliness of the room was not good. The housekeeper didn't even bring any used towels and didn't fill up the amenities. This is something that needs to be corrected.

Good position in the center of circular que.spasious,spa bath Negatives reception hit and miss some are really good some not Some will go out of the way to show direction or help answering questions. No aknolegment that accor member.wellcome drink bar is not working.got hot chocolate from restaurants downstairs not allowed in dining area served in corridor in sofa. Late check out asked once response no was monday check out not a bussy times Asked another person organised until 12.30 No explanation what facilities and how to get there. Was it worth it? For money you pay over 430 a night with no breakfast there are beter options slitly further away.would I stay again unless special occasion and happy to spend that money Also took deposit but has not been returned yet 3 days after
