I have used this hotel over many years, always happy with the service however not this time. Very disappointed in inefficient service at the front desk.

As said above. My usual experiences with numerous visits to the Pullman, have been very good. However this time, it was very inefficient. Front desk service was dismal. Showed up as these employees had little knowledge of how the assist. The saying “ it will take a few minutes, take a seat “ ended up about half and hours wait for myself & partner. We had come to celebrate our anniversary - but this wait time was not to our liking. The request to upgrade our room, which should have been cleaned by 2pm - was not. Difficult to comprehend why, since cleaning rooms happens as soon as the previous client leave … at 11.00 am.

Our recent stay at Pullman Quay Grand was unforgettable, beginning with the delicious dinner at Q Dining, the splendid Opera Soloist Performance, the water taxi ride to Mrs Macquarie’s Chair and concluding with Handa Opera’s West Side Story. It was an amazing evening! Many thanks to all Accor staff involved in organising the event from the hotel and from head office and also to the fantastic chef and wait staff at Q Dining. Our stay at the hotel for the next couple of days continued to add to our wonderful experience .

Great location and views , service could be better

STAY here almost every two months , they have 2 staff at the reception which is not good enough , when we stayed here for the first time about 3 years ago we had our bags moved from car all the way to our rooms , now no one is even bothered to ask if we need help with bags . need more staffing for the amount of money being charged per night , one extra person employed to move cars and one extra person to help with bags. pool used to be clean , now its mostly left dirty and last time part of it was closed for Maintenace. room service had bad experience last time food being cold so we didn't order room service this time, and menu has not changed for 3 years . kindly improve service , employ more staff great location , for that reason will return again
