Stayed here at the last night of our holiday and our biggest regret was that we used this hotel as a stopover and really didn't get to use its full benefits. Amazing location in that its central and scenic to the opera house, central quay, city and the harbour bridge. Room was spacious and very nice. The service was magnificent, i loved the apartment it was spacious with Sydney Harbour views overlooking Circular Quay, we relaxed on the balcony with a couple of wines enjoying the spectacular views. I particularly loved the bedding in which i had a good nights sleep. Highly recommended!

Being right on Circular Quay was fantastic - and the room was very quiet with an impressive view and mostly higher level finishings - although the stereo was way past its use-by and quite a cheap unit.When you pay $500 plus per night for a top-shelf suite, it is reasonable to expect that everything is top-notch.Paying additional for wifi just seems silly and a bit greedy of Pullman. Also, hotel staff could not tell us why the air conditioner was not working when in fact it was just that the thermostat has a timer function that you must set to get any aircon. That is no doubt a training issue - and it would make sense to mark the thermostat to indicate that you cannot set a temperature but must set the timer to greater than zero.Finally, the restaurant is fine, but at 10:57am they would not serve us breakfast when it was advertised to be served until 11am. Again, it seemed petty and not highly customer focused. We were fine - but it is really about doing things well and caring about your customers - especially when they are paying for one of the top 10 hotels for Sydney as rated on Trip Advisor.View management response »

My wife and I had 3 days at Pullman Quay.Rooms are excellent, View over the Harbour and Bridge first class and Restaurant was tops.We will stay there again next time to SydneyLocation for shopping and sightseeing also top rate.

Loved our time at this amazing location. Service and room fantastic. Comy bed great veiws perfect location. Great reasonably priced breakfast did not eat at reastaurant but should have as meals elsewhere were not great. Cannot wait to go back asap.

The hotel itself was amazing clean and bright, beautiful views from the balcony. The staff are friendly and punctual, helpful when needed. The only disappointment I would have to say is the room service food, I have stayed there four times this year and it has been inconsistent every time. There is nothing better than waking up in that atmosphere and enjoying the scenery around you.View management response »

We really enjoy a short stay in Sydney and there would be no better location than this hotel. The staff and service are first class, our room was very spacious with a king bedroom and all the facilities that you would expect with a suite. Enjoyed it that much I have booked it for two nights in September. The view is amazing.

Great location for what we needed.Very clean and comfortable in our 1 bedroom apartment, fantastic veiw over Circular Quay and onto the Opera House.Ferries are at your doorstep to wherever you need to go.Friendly and attentive staff.Would stay there again without question.

Was well positioned - easy access on the train form the airport and amazing views over circular quay, the size of the room was refreshingly large and the bed had pillows gallore!Loved the stay and you will to - meals also were first class.

The quay grand apartments have magnificent views of sydney harbour,the rooms are excellent and well appointed and above all roomy and comfortable.I have no complaints whatsoever, it is always a delight to stay there.Staff are friendly and efficient.

We had two stays in June and stayed in both Harbour view and a Garden view rooms. Both rooms offered relaxing, pleasant views. Once you shut the balcony door the rooms are wonderfully quiet. Staff and service provided fantastic. In house day spa service a treat well worth indulging in. The Pullman Quay Grand Sydney is the only hotel we'll stay in whenever we come to Sydney.

Fabulous hotel with friendly and professional staff. Amazing views from our garden apartment and ideal if you are planning a function at the Royal Botanic Gardens...just a walk across the road. So wonderfully close to Circular Quay, the Opera House and Bridge and the many activities/venues that are associated with a visit to Sydney. Would highly recommend this hotel.

Best location in Sydney, large spacious rooms, super clean, great staff, service and food, a hotel that really seems to get it right. We are always very very happy and feel at home here.I would love to stay here EVERY time we come to Sydney.

The hotel was very good and it was very convenient to be so close to the water and the opera house and the train station. The sofa bed was very uncomfortable and because of the lack of blankets and duvets we were very cold and had a bad sleep. The amount of channels on the television were also lacking, and we found ourselves being very bored whilst in the hotel room. The pool though was one of the main highlights of our stay, it was calm and relaxing and overall enjoyable. The End.

Overall was an amazing experience, room was clean, big, with a great view. If we weren't working the next day, we'd have stayed for another night. One thing they do need to improve is the check-in and check-out process, it was way too slow and awkward.View management response »

The room was spacious, and nicely laid out, however the bath wasn't as clean as I would have expected. The bed was comfy and the service was great. Its located in a great position with lots of eateries around and of course the great view of circular quay.View management response »

The perfect location to the CBD and the Rocks. Fast valet service and exceptional rooms. Would stay more often it time was permitting. Great to see that the Quay Grand is now with the Accor group. We have been members for years and are always on the lookout for a great place to stay wihen in the City. We've found it. Keep up the great work!
