Frustrating experience with restaurant service.

The Sebel Brisbane is like an old friend. I have stayed there close to 100 times and have generally had a very good experience, so it was very disappointing to have a negative experience. Both mornings of my stay I had breakfast in the restaurant where I found the service to be particularly slow. The second morning it took 35 minutes for a simple breakfast bowl to be served. This was really frustrating as I needed to be at a Board Meeting early that morning. I note the meals I had were credited back which I assume was in recognition of the poor service. If this is the case I thank the Sebel. I am sure you have a process of continuous improvement in place and I hope the process around breakfast will improve.

Good location. I stayed in a spacious, well fitted out room and I will stay again. Hot, well pressured shower, comfy towels. Nice bed, ok pillows. Kitchen was handy. Gym is convenient. The only negative is the washer and dryer in one. It would not unlock, causing the door to need to be broken to open and even after clothes had been on more than one drying cycle, they were still wet. Prefer and separate dryer and unlikely to use on future visits.
