The staff are efficient and friendly, always smiling. The apartment I stayed in was light-filled, comfortable and super clean. I received an upgrade which was a lovely surprise. I spent time snuggled on the cosy lounge watching a movie. The restaurant is superb from coffee to evening meals.

Reception staff were great and welcoming. Check-in was seamless. Our room was lovely, well set out. Bathroom was not as clean as it should have been, shower needs de-moulding.

Perfect location to navigate Launceston with ease! Very easy check in process and very friendly staff! We appreciated the room upgrade it made the staff so much better. Room service of the Friday evening was amazing, breakfast was a lil cold but still delicious. Overall one of our top choices to stay!

A last minute booking after finishing a 7 day hike a day early. Laundry facilities in my room meant I could travel home with clean gear and not have to worry about ‘the big clean’ when I got there. The staff were lovely, especially the young lady at reception who genuinely seemed interested in guests stay and how they were going without being cheesy, she was very helpful to all guests who approached her. Unfortunately I didn’t get her name but I’d like to think she gets this feedback. Keep up the great work! You’re a credit to the hotel.
