Stayed at this hotel with friends in a 2 bedroom harbour view apartment, it is in the best location - so close to the harbour and such an amazing view! The staff were very friendly and the rooms were spacious and clean.

Excellent apartment with everything one could need. Superb view of both Opera Hpouse and Bridge. Reception staff & concierge very helpful and knowledgable. Only two criticisms. We had two lovely balconies (one in the bedroom, another in the lounge), but for some reason there was no balcony furniture so we could not sit out.We were also surprised that the restaurant was closed on public holidays. However would still recommend to anyone planning to visit Sydney. Superb location with everything in walking distance.

Thanks for inquiring as to our stay at the Quay West there are a couple of items i would like to provide feedback on 1. the service was very good 2. the air conditioning was not working and despite visits by maintenance it did not work this did disappoint for the amount of money we paid for one night "not happy"

Fantastic place for a gathering and has a fantastic view of the harbour from the balcony. We had an intimate 50th birthday celebration and the facilities the room provided we were able to manage food and drinks with ease. The fireworks finished the evening off an excellent view of these and the bridge.
