Fantastic service, they couldn't do enough. Free wi-fi, complimentary pastries when we arrived and a newspaper next morning. The full size snooker table and memorabilia really gave the place character and it really had a boutique feel. Only point is that the tv in the room was a small, square old tv and was effectively useless given the distance from the bed. A minor niggle but i expect all hotels of this standard to have a modern flatscreen.Location and staff were excellent, we would definitely stay there again

A warm feel on arrival, friendly staff. Lovely room, very clean and well appointed. Breakfast fantastic, how nice not to have it cooked fresh for me. Check out was fine... the same staff I had met on arrival. Other staff were less welcoming when I went back to pick up my stored luggage.

Very Helpful staff. Very cleanPleasant and tasteful furnishings.Poor television reception.Most rooms look out to a wall and limited amount of natural light,Food good and overall the building has ambience.Convenient location.

My husband and I had arranged to have lunch at the Sofotel with family and at the last minute decided to saty in the city so went to the Accor site and the Lindrum appeared , we booked and found it very pleaaseant nice room no views from rooms but we were not in the room long staff very attentive.breakfast at the restaurant was great a few differnt things on the menu rather than a big breakfast ect.Would recommend.

"A SURPRISINGLY VERY NICE HOTEL"

The room is fantastic, newly renovated. The outside is a heritage building. The inside is fabolous. The staffs are friendly.The location is stil in CBD though it is in the CBD fringe but tram stop is just outside the hotel (there is a free tram called city circle for tourist in melbourne)
