Location is good, price too high for the quality of service offered. Staff at reception had no clue about the rules of the ALL program benefits and expressed surprise e.g. when I asked for the welcome drink (I’m a gold ALL member). Will probably look for a different hotel for my next stay in Munich.

The bunk bed in this ibis Olympia park was very difficult to climb and get down. Does seem to be a design issue. We are used to bunk beds but this was way difficult. My kid was crying on the way up and down. Won't stay again here.

Great location for walking to Olympiahalle for concerts. However, pillows are still too thin and showers back up - both previously reported on two separate trips and nothing done.
