The staff was so serviceminded and made us feel welcome. The room was nice and clean, but there was a smell of smoking - maybe from outside. Overall, we had a very good stay.

As a accor platinum member I tried this hotel ad it had my attention trough the great location and good restaurant at the rooftop Murver. I was offered a with zero view, in a courtyard that was only to reach by a long hall with no dedication for clean and tidy. The shower temperature went all ways, taxi take minimum 5 mins ato arrive if ordered, up to 10 mins. The Sauna was out of order, the Finnish sauna. Overall not what you expect from a 5 star hotel at this rate

We stayed at Novotel Bhosphorus for 5 nights as a family and the hotel and its staff park exceeded our expectations. The adjoining family rooms are a great concept and their breakfast at the roof top with the view of the strait is a wonderful way to start your sight seeing. The room service and house keeping work extremely hard and with a smile all the time. We are sincerely grateful to Mr Mustafa (GM) and his entire team including Kudeim and Sinem at the front office, Dilek at the Restaurant and all those who work round the clock behind the scene. Thank you. We look forward to returning here in future as well.
