"Location and great front staff"

It locates in the heart of city and is very handy to go anywhere on foot.The front desk staff are all friendly and caring, offering help and suppport without any hesitationand look after our needs even before asked.I'd like to say staying in this city hotel/apartment is really good value for money.

"Great location"

The apartment was in a great location and the staff were friendly and helpful. Unfortunately there was no restaurant and the restaurant at the sister hotel was not open for dinner due to holiday season (shouldn't this be the time that they would be open? - this was typical of a lot of restaurants and shops in Wellington - very strange and needs to be looked at considering it was quite busy on the Sunday as a cruise ship had berthed). Our apartment was very comfortable except the bedroom did not have any air conditioning and it was quite warm on our first night. We opened our windows but that just brought in the street noise.

"Great, Cheap getaway to Wellington"

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Mercure Grand City Apartments in Wellington. We were literally minutes from all the main attractions. Although unfortunately i did fall ill, reception was happy to allow us a late check out which was very much appreciated! We will definitely stay there again.
