Location : very close to the underground station (yeoksam station). no supermarkets nearby. have a few 24dairy shops.Room : clean and spacious. decent shower room.Service : no printer in the business room. could be a bit difficult to someone who'd like to print something.View management response »

Almost a good experience, however there was no iron provided (had to be sent up and ironing board was wobbly and peeling) and was charged for breakfast though was told this was included! After pointing out the charge I was told it was deducted from my charges only to have it resurface again at checkout! Not sure if this was due to a language barrier or not. Also there was trouble booking a DMZ tour which I was told I had plenty of time for, only to be told that due to increasing tensions there would have to be a three day advance booking. How is that helpful? Aren't you the concierge, not me?Business travelers who like wrinkled clothes, this is your place. Leisure travelers, look elsewhereView management response »

And for the DMZ tour, I assume that there was a miscommunication between sttaffs and you with DMZ and Panmunjum tour. Great value and very convenient access to Metro and an airport bus stop. Good for Gangnam area stays to Gangam station and COEX mall is just 2 stops away. Hotel is quite new with a modern spacious all-glass bathroom design so pick your roommate carefully! There is a privacy partition.View management response »

The main advantage of staying in this hotel is its location that is close to subway station. Next, convenient stores and restaurants can be found within walking distance. Last but not least, the staffs are friendly, promptly responded to my request..will certainly to stay in this hotel again in my future trip to Seoul!View management response »

This was my second time to stay in this hotel. I was satisfied in all aspects last time and I just booked this hotel again with my family. As compared with last time, I was totally disappointed. The carpet of the corridor was very dirty. The housekeeping did not wash the used cups and spoons during our stay. They gave just one bottle of complimentary water instead of two for each room.As a member of accor , I booked through the hotel website. I choose the package of free breakfast and free flow of soft drinks from the minibar everyday. The front desk even did not notice what I have chosen and have no idea about this offer. They finally just offered us welcome drinks at the lobby for one day only. Besides, I have chosen one twin room and one double room for 3 nights. I made request to ask them to arrange for us on the same floor. However, what I got was totally not what I wanted. Overall, the hotel location and the breakfast were still the best part of the hotel.View management response »

"Mercure or ibis?"

Maybe my expectation was too high but the overall service was worse than nearby ibis.High-handed attitude of check-in staff to non-existence executive floor lounge even though the one page leaflet said we can check-in or check-out there. Happy hour was so mediocre and my friend found a huge stock in his cereal. Reported but no formal response.Have one more stay next month but I am not really expecting anything.
