Nice plac, stayed for the third time within 12 months. Alway have booked the corner room with beautiful Gangnam views. Very nice front desk, very helpful. 50 meters from Yeoksam station, perfect hub to explore the city, thousands of restaurants in close vicinity. Only downside: incredible rooftop bar with incredible unfriendly staff. Although bar was half full on a Monday night we were not allowed to sit at the window - only if we would consume a bottle of vodka. Shocking expereince.....

Good Mercure hotel at a good location in Gangnam in Seoul. As Platinum member I got upgraded to a Privilege room what was ok. View over Seoul was good. Downside is that you don't get the befits of the Privilige room as Platinum member. I think this is a missed opportunity for the hotel. Other Accor hotels do a better job in Seoul with that. Access to the hotel is easy with metro startion around the corner.

Place has upgraded a lot. Haven't been there for a long time but management seems to be up to scale and friendly. I would recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to stay at friendly and right price hotel.

From weird sounds every 2 hours in the room (even during the night. Checked all electric devices...), no windows sound isolation at all (don't stay below 10th floor / feel like sleeping in the street). As you can read, did not sleep during my 2 nights and return home completely "burned"...

I love Mercure, but this hotel, make me disappointed. Check-in was fast and nice, but clearness of the room is terrible: dirty conditioner grid, table, a lot of dust and dirt under bed, walls with smudges. Everyday cleaning was not done properly,

Good place in Gangnam area of Seoul. I think foreigners who want to shop and dine at good places would be satisfied with Mercure Seoul Gangnam. No breakfast (even in the lounge) for Accor Platinum member. Big minus for me. However, quite a good happy hour though there were not many kinds of foods or drinks.

The upgraded rooms with the view on higher floors are worth it. Being able to see all the way to Namsan even on a cloudy day was really fun. Kloud was nice, too. The staff first asked us to move inside when it was starting to rain rather than opening the umbrellas, but after I gave a disapproving grimace, they complied with our request to open the umbrellas on the terrace.

Well surprised by this hotel located in Gangnam, close to subway station and direct bus line from airport. Definitely recommend this place. Some noise in the room next to mine during the night (because of noisy guests). Got compensation for that : definitely good customer relationship service.
