Well located, with parking. Good staff and nice clean room with no defects. Breakfast not as good as it used to be, with no eggs or other hot options (it is winter!), and no bottled water in the room.

Very disappointed. Booked on the Accor website. Cancelled the booking back in February for an October stay. Have been told by hotel I only cancelled one of the two rooms and was charged for the stay. Booking totally disappeared from my bookings in the Accor portal (I'm a Gold member and start with Accor a lot). Hotel have been little to no help on who to contact at Accor. Contacted Accor 6 days ago via the app and still no responses.
