Had a very nice stay, staff was welcoming always saying hello and welcome. If you are on business in the area I recommend this hotel. Grocery store and some fast food across the street. Free wireless and wired internet in the rooms. Nice Chinese restaurant on the top floors with buffet restaurant on second floor with a la carte menu also available.

Excellent in every aspect from rooms layout ,comfort, service of rooms and service in the restaurants. It is a credit to the management of the Hotel to have achieved this. Also good help from the Concierge desk also in particular Peter.

potentially a good location once the interchange completed. short of walking street as Kang Le Nan road. the money spent is justified by the existing facilities which are inadequate.....but upgrading is on going...lets see the 2nd visit...

Stayed with colleagues and the room my colleague was given had not been cleaned so he had to change rooms. My room had a window that refused to close and air-conditioning that could not get the room below 27 or 28C - maybe due to the window?? After several failed attempts, including being told it had been closed only to go up and find out that was not true, I insisted on switching rooms. A lady brought me a key to a new room and told me the new room was fine - and did not bother to take me to the room. Guess I was supposed to take her word for the room and my opinion did not count. Unfortunately, they moved me from a non-smoking floor to a smoking floor but as it was 10pm by this time and the air-conditioning clearly worked, I decided to simply accept it.We then had to extend our stay so we went to the front desk and asked to add 1 night to our reservation. We were told that we could not do this at the hotel and would have to go online to make a reservation and check out then check back in again the following day???? Told the front desk this was silly and repeated my message when I was wasting my time and theirs checking in and out again the following morning.By this time we had realized there really were not other options in the area for hotels so we had to extend the stay due to business in the area 3 more days. Tried to go online since we had learned from the day before contacting the hotel was pointless. Could not get a room booked online despite numerous efforts including calling our office and asking them to book. So I called the number online for assistance. I was first offered a room for a much higher rate than the online rate, then after holding for 8 to 10 minutes (international long distance call) was offered a rate about 30% higher than online. Asked to speak to a manager and was disconnected.So I called back, eventually got through to a manager and sorted out the reservation.The next morning went down to check out and in again and was told there is no need to check out and in again, they would simply extend my stay?????????? Maybe they were listened the day before when I suggested checking out and in was stupid.Then when we checked out the final time we are told that the pre-paid reservations were not pre-paid and we had to pay again. It was 6 am and we had to get to the airport so I did not waste additional time trying to explain the situation and hope the hotel figures all this out. I would go on but can't.

I was very impressed with this hotel. It is still very new and had a 5 star feel about it. The service of the staff was great and the location is very convenient.Will definitely be my first choice of hotel on my next trip to Dongguan.

Stayed at this hotel because of Canton Fair. Reasonable value despite Canton fair. Location is average but make up with friendly service. Executive floor is being renovated so dont expect to enjoy cocktails and food during happy hour. Access can be better because of the confusing road leading to the hotel
