I was scammed when checking in and asked to pay a fee of €120 extra to what I already paid on booking.com and they said I would receive a refund and never did. Also I called them and they were unhelpful, put me on hold and never responded. The worst experience I have had with a hotel! Do not stay here!!

Unacceptable for a 4 star hotel. Also, the room was very small and had a weird smell. Will not repeat.

Regarding the absence of an elevator in our building behind the courtyard, please note that we do offer assistance with luggage for our guests upon request. We regret that this was not made clear to you upon check-in. Furthermore, we understand that room size and odor are important aspects of your comfort, and we apologize if the room did not meet your expectations in these regards. We strive to provide accommodations that meet the standards of our guests, and we regret any disappointment caused. Had we been made aware of your preferences during your stay, we would have been more than happy to accommodate your needs, including offering a room in our main building with an elevator.
