Hotel location is not very good, no subway station near the hotel, the internet in room need to pay and the Internet is free in the lobby leads to confusion, room area is very very adequate and air-conditioning works very well but the window is small, a room feel very depressed, lighting is not very good, the bathroom area is small, The staff is very enthusiastic when i check in, I used the le club points and credit card redeemed the room but the front desk staff told me they didn't charge and need to pay again,check out time spent at least 20 minutes, the reason is my membership card cannot be input into the system, whey she can not help me to the check-out and r find their own reasons after i left, why let me wait to long time, finally points so far still did not come into my account, I hope your hotel can make a skills training for front desk staff, the taxi problem also encountered during my stay, I am go to the Dubai Museum in the morning, concierge staff told the taxi about 15 dirhams, I ask the concierge staff called a taxi for me, but i Paid 30 dirhams, why should I pay double the price, the driver explained that his car is not a taxi, i want the hotel managerment to investigate the matter if you want.
