Hotel location is not very good, no subway station near the hotel, the internet in room need to pay and the Internet is free in the lobby leads to confusion, room area is very very adequate and air-conditioning works very well but the window is small, a room feel very depressed, lighting is not very good, the bathroom area is small, The staff is very enthusiastic when i check in, I used the le club points and credit card redeemed the room but the front desk staff told me they didn't charge and need to pay again,check out time spent at least 20 minutes, the reason is my membership card cannot be input into the system, whey she can not help me to the check-out and r find their own reasons after i left, why let me wait to long time, finally points so far still did not come into my account, I hope your hotel can make a skills training for front desk staff, the taxi problem also encountered during my stay, I am go to the Dubai Museum in the morning, concierge staff told the taxi about 15 dirhams, I ask the concierge staff called a taxi for me, but i Paid 30 dirhams, why should I pay double the price, the driver explained that his car is not a taxi, i want the hotel managerment to investigate the matter if you want.View management response »

L'albergo non è in posizione centrale, e quasi nessun tassista lo conosce: solo uno su dieci mi ci ha portato senza chiedere delucidazioni in merito, due hanno addirittura chiamato in albergo per chiedere dove fosse.Forse prorpio per questo in reception ci sono i biglietti da visita con la mappa sul retro, strumento indispensabile per farsi riportare in hotel.La stanza era bellissima e spaziosa, la nota migliore di tutto il soggiorno.La connessione a internet in stanza è a pagamento, wifi gratuito SOLO nella hall: quasi impossibile trovare un posto a sedere perchè tutti gli ospiti sono nella hall con PC e smartphone.C'è un solo bar e un solo ristorante al piano terra.L'albergo è molto più piccolo di quanto mi aspettassi.Gli orari di apertura della piscina dalle 6 alle 20 e della palestra dalle 6 alle 19 sono riduttivi rispetto ad altre strutture. Anche la colazione termina alle 10.30, almeno mezz'ora in più sarebbe necessario per chi è in vacanza, per lo meno è ricca e abbondante.Il personale forse si impegna anche ma ci sono evidenti carenze.The hotel is not centrally located, and almost no taxi driver knows the hotel: only one in ten brought me there without asking for clarification, two called the hotel to ask where it was.Maybe for this at reception there are business cards with a map on the back, an essential tool to get back at the hotel.The room was beautiful and spacious, the best thing of the entire stay.The internet connection in the room is NOT free of charge, free wifi in the lobby ONLY: almost impossible to find a place to sit because all the guests are in the lobby with a PC or a smartphone.There is only one bar and only one restaurant on the ground floor.The hotel is much smaller than I expected.The opening hours of the swimming pool from 6 to 20 and the gym from 6 to 19 are not so fine compared to other structures. Also the breakfast ends at 10:30 am, at least half an hour more would be needed for those on holiday, at least it is rich and plentiful.The staff perhaps try but there are obvious shortcomings.Next time i will certainly choose another hotel.View management response »

For our guests’ convenience we provide a complimentary shuttle bus to Jumeira Beach Park which takes less than 10 minutes, to Dubai Mall ca 15 minutes and on the way we offer a drop off at a Dubai Metro Station. "Perfect value for money"

Really i would recommend this hotel to everyone...The staff is so perfect and polite, always smiling front disk staff and Once you call you will find a surprising fast response.It has a perfect location that is near to everything. Spinneys supermarket is just 3 min driving in jumaira road . Also 15 minutes from Dubai mallthe hotel has under building parking area with enough always vacant spaces The room was clean and wide. Only it needs more TV stations to be added the it gives you best value for your money....stay there and you will enjoy the whole tripView management response »

"its has smell inside room"

Rooms has smell inside like smoke and toilet sanitary should be updated . The hotel has good parking . The service is good . Breakfast is not as it should be , Wifi shoul d be in rooms also . we have to go to lobby to access internet via wifi .View management response »

after a long flight from Munich via London we arrived in Dubai and turned up at the hotel around 0700am. the staff were very polite and helpful and let us check in early into our room. the room was huge, with a separate kitchenette and wardrobe. the bathroom was spacious, the air conditioning very nice and the room was perfect.every aspect of the hotel was clean, buffet breakfast was plentiful and all the staff very polite.View management response »

"Good to stay but not to have breakfast"

Breakfast that I have had before was good but this time is is hardly OK . Anyway I feel I am dieting so I couldn't have a full stomach. Other things were good. Cleanliness and furniture are well enough. Tea service has to be done by yourself since the waitress is not following the guest who need something.View management response »
