We highly appreciate that you take the time to give us a detailed feedback of your stay. I truly regret the unfavorable series of events that have happened and would like to apologize for the shortcomings you have experienced during your stay regarding the delivery of your requests. I can assure you that it deeply saddens me that the memory of your recent visit is a rather disappointing one. I have no excuse for such unfavorable circumstances that you had to go through and I sincerely apologize for our shortcomings. I regret that the turn of events has snowballed to your frustration, and agree that we could have handled the situation much better. As a global premium brand, we take great pride in providing the highest levels of service to our guests, ensuring each and every need is met. Therefore we regret to read that there was a breach in our product quality which is a legitimate door lock replacement and unclean water at the bathtub. Feedback from our guests is paramount to us and remains our biggest learning tool.
