Excellent location, great breakfast, amazing staff. Rooms starting to look a little tired. Stayed in 2015, and maybe 2018, but rooms still the same.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The staff went above and beyond to make sure I had a comfortable and enjoyable experience. The room was clean and cozy, and the amenities were top-notch. Dated hotel that needs renovation

2 unhappy incidents 1. My room door battery was low so the card cannot go in and I have to walk all the way from my room to the front counter multiple times. 2. The tap in my bathtub gave out dirty muddy water. The only reason why I gave 3 stars instead of 1 star is because of the customer service there.

I have no excuse for such unfavorable circumstances that you had to go through and I sincerely apologize for our shortcomings. Therefore we regret to read that there was a breach in our product quality which is a legitimate door lock replacement and unclean water at the bathtub. Excellent Breakfast but too much noise + Serious Plumbing Issues in Bathroom

The hotel has excellent breakfast buffet (a large variety of Asian and Western dishes and drinks), and the hospital staff were quite friendly and helpful overall. However, the hotel rooms and facilities are not ageing well and are in serious need of a major renovation. Floor tiles show cracks here and there. I stayed in Room 614 (go and check the room out please), where the bathroom's ceiling was leaking water almost continuously (presumably from leaking/broken water pipes that are in the ceiling directly above where the shower is). I understand that March was somewhat the Ramadan period for Indonesia, but the hotel placed too much emphasis on maximizing revenue from food & beverages: after 6pm the numerous extra dinner tables that were set up outside the restaurant area overflowed quite obtrusively into the lobby area, visibly obstructing the way for other guests who were not participating in the festival. Chaotic & noisy.

Top team at the executive lounge

The executive was a peaceful oasis in a busy overnight business trip. We are able to have our meetings there and the staff were very kind in making all possible arrangements for us. Food was sufficiently pleasant to keep us fueled and nutrified. Most of all when I left my credit card behind in the lounge after checkout of the hotel, staff were quick to inform us and do the neccessary. Grateful for their efficient and trustworthy service. Grand Deluxe lounge access rooms were just about acceptable, bathrooms are in need of refurbishment. Grimy edges in the shower stall, and a bad drainage smell when the water was turned on, shower spray has tendency to spray outwards and flood everything. The toilet could only be used with the cubicle door open, not enough space for knees! And I'm only 1.7m tall. TLDR - Top staff let down by aging building.
