Hotel was perfectly located. Room was tidy but the corridors weren't very clean. Beds were narrow and pillows weren't great, but it did the job as a bed for the night. Room was a little on the cold side but duvets were warm.

Daytime front desk staff (Zoe and Kacpar) were extremely helpful. Nighttime front desk staff were terrible. Climate control unit in room was very loud and in need of repair. Otherwise, room was great.

Reception staff were very friendly especially the Australian girl. All staff including cleaning staff you met spoke and smiled. Room was very quiet and clean. Great location for festival theatre.

Lovely stay here whilst visiting family, great location and we've stayed a few times. Had a room on the side which was very quiet considering how close the hotel is to the centre. Staff great on reception and in bar.
