Room was quiet albeit the hotel is located just beside one of the busiest roads in Jakarta. However it was also depends on your room neighbour, in my case next doors were vacant at point of stayed. Staff were friendly. Overall, the stay was pleasant.
Nice 3 star Hotel, This is my 3rd stayed.. Love chocolate danish bread, hot tarik tea,and friendly FO staffs, thanks for ms.nella, for your hospitality.. Keep it up and I recommend this hotel for stays

Breakfast was too crowded. Not many choices of meals. car park is not convenient. Order of dinner was taking a bit long even for fried rice. the AC is faulty. Group of teenagers came. smelly and noisy.

Ibis Cawang now becomes my first option for a value-for-money accommodation during my stay in Jakarta. Service and hospitality is excellent, location only 5 mins away from Halim airport and steps to Trans Jakarta bus stop. Food is Ibis standard, can be upgraded especially for the Rp 108K/person dinner buffet.

electricity down... no hot water... wifi down... lack of variety buffet menus... but there are 2 good receptionist officer named windy and vesati who helped me much through all of these troubles!.. thanks to you girls!!!

I knew this is the new Hotel in Cawang, not to bad for new hotel, The quality of the room still good. Please keep it up!. Only bad thinks and I think you must fix this........ I already contact your front office about my car and I ask about free parking for my car, she said OK she will coordination with my team for free parking, but... I still pay for my parking when I go outside from the Hotel. Why it can happen?? Please make sure your guest happy in all the system.

I've been several times to stay at this hotel. My impression is still the same as before: satisfied. At the time of my last stay, there happened Barbeque Night. The food tastes good, with reasonable prices. Moreover, I get special discounts as Accor Advantage Plus members.

This is the first time Ibis Hotel exceed my expectation. I stayed in some Ibis hotel in Jakarta, all room and environment is nice-Ibis standard. Although the room is similar to any other Ibis hotel, I found the lobby and breakfast is above standard. The traffic in main road is full of traffic jam, but it's Jakarta...

Good rooms, Very nice view but something bothering me about the floor.., the tiles not build in with the floor and sometimes it comes slppery even its dry... =) For the foods have to more supervised, we still eat not done of fried rice and the seasoning of the fish, doesn't pour well.

Stay at IBIS like guarantee never disappointed, everything have a standard, clean, comfortable, complete equipment, breakfast, strategic place. This new IBIS in Jakarta is the biggest IBIS and most beautiful compare to other IBIS in Jakarta also the price still very competitive.

The hotel just opened les than a month when I stayed there. Most of the employees seemed still try to learn for their job. But, they learn it quick. There are barbeque night in the restaurant just for Rp.100.000, a cheap price in Jakarta for such service.

Very good services and the Breackfest us also very verity.a little problem with the lamp near thr windoe.want turn off The door was very hard to open due to touch the carpet.but generaly the room Are okay and comfortable as a Ibis standart.
