"Great Hotel, Perfect Location!"
15th May 2012, ScottyQ_12, Atlanta, Georgia, USA
The hotel had a very "W" feel to it. Modern, clean line minimalist feel, yet cozy and sexy at the same time. The lay out of the hotel is great...every room has a view of the courtyard/pool and/or ocean view. The infinity pool is front and center and appears to spill into the ocean (even though there's a busy street in between)! For a super romantic stay, book a ground room floor which allows private patio access to your own plunge pool. A great great after a hot day in town or around the island. In a busy crazy town like patong, this was a true oasis!
"Relax time"
10th May 2012
The hotel was a great 4 star, the only things I did not like was the water pressure for the showers and the sewerage smell (did not inform hotel at the time so no opportunity to correct). Otherwise, the staff were great, service good, beer cold, pool water perfect. I have to recommend the pool deluxe rooms with the lap pool right outside your door, this was fantastic for a swim any time of the day. Rooms were clean, bathrooms had a glass wall so you could see out and let natural light in. Definitely recommend.
"Great Hotel with good services!"
28th April 2012, kappamint, Singapore, Singapore
I really enjoy our stay in B-lay Tong. The staff are very helpful and provide great services. We stayed 2 nights in pool access room and got a free upgrade to the grand deluxe room on our last night there. It was a great experience! However there are quite a lot of mozzies in the room :(, the location is also a bit far from the patong central. It takes about 15-20 min to walk to Jungcelon. Other than that. I have no complaints abt the hotel.
"New Boutique Hotel"
15th April 2012
This hotel is located in the quiet end of Patong directly accross from the beach. Rooms are very spacious and decor is very artistic. B-Restaurant is excellent. Good choice of menu, every bite was delicious, beautiful location for dining. We stayed in room with balcony spa which was great. Excellent happy hour 5-7 pm, buy one get one free.
"Great hotel with a cool swimming pool/ food was great too"
11th April 2012, Shanghai, China
in the begin of the Patong beach, quiet, nice location. about 15 mins walk way to the business bar/restaurant street but if you walk along the beach, you will not feel it is 15mins. good point: just on the otherside of the road is the bus to Phuket city, 25BTH per person. really not so bad. hehehe.....
"Relaxing trip"

A good hotel. Good value, staff are very friendly, just a pity a few more guest weren't as happy too. However that's not the hotels fault. Good facilities and I recommend this hotel to others.
"One of the Best!"
6th March 2012, Bangkok, Thailand
I have been on holidays for over a year now, constantly staying at hotels and this one is one of the best hotels I've ever stayed at! Also happy that we were upgraded from deluxe to Suite which was furnished and decorated with modern , asthetically pleasing decor and furnature! Staff were great and were quick on their toes to help in any way they could. Will definately stay again!
"Great Hotel, Great location,But disappointing housekeeping and front desk"
29th February 2012, Singapore
I would recommend this hotel to most travellers who are visiting Phuket. Location is great (nearer to the north side of Patong Beach hence less tourists at the beach side and less topless senior citizens prancing on the beach). However, one big disappointment is the time taken to check in 2 rooms (30mins) and also the Housekeeping took forever to get the room cleaned. First day- we left the sign on to clean room, we got back at 5pm and the room was still not made up. Second day, we even called housekeeping to make up our room.. got back at 330pm and the room was still untouched.Other than that, everything else was almost a 10/10. Too bad the poolside bar closed too early.
"A funky well run hotel"
16th February 2012
Once your get over the stark minimalist rooms this is a good place to stay, right opposite the north end of Patong beach. The room floors are epoxy paint which looks cheap but functions well, original art brightens all rooms. The staff are the very best. Beds are Ok , large shower the very best, room was quiet. Pool large but not much shade around it, beautiful garden.
"Great surprise."
15th February 2012, Singapore
B-Lay Tong MGallery was a great surprise. I cannot find anything bad about my stay there. First the hotel is very new and has a very modern, young design that is not too much (I generally like classic design but this hotel shows something fresh and modern, colourful but not aggressive). The room was modern and very comfortable (the bed was great), it was luminous, with view on a very calm garden and with the jacuzzi on the balcony. The bbq buffet was exquisite, I'm fussy about food quality and here it was really outstanding. Generally going to a Accor group hotel you cannot make a mistake reagrding food but this hotel was above Accor average. Service was good too, efficient, fast and always with a smile. The location cannot be better, just cross the street and you're on the beach. To summarise, a very nice hotel I will certainly go back without any doubts.
"Hard to Beat"
11th February 2012, Sydney, Australia
The B-Lay Tong is at the very northern end of Patong Beach which means things are much quieter plus it's absolute beach front. It's a 15 min walk in to the town centre but who cares when you can catch a bike taxi for 50B from the side door. The place is 5 star quality, modern and funky. The only complaint, I had my friend from Phuket check in with me but was made to feel uncomfortable by staff, as if they were a local prostitute, not impressed! Apart from that I can recommend this resort.
"A new experience"
31st January 2012, Brisbane, Australia
All staff tried to be helpful however perhaps too few had sufficient English skill to communicate on any topics of mild complexity'. As the hotel is so new the Directory was not available and the map of the complex was too small and complex to be useful. Failure to hand out a brochure about activities during the week (eg the buffet brunch on the Saturday) caused some disappointment. The intermittent functioning of the airconditioner disturbed sleep and the mattress was a little too firm for my spouse.Meals were very good although little variation possible when lunch and dinner menues were the same. The pool is spectacular but needs a little more shaded area rather than depending only on the umbrellas. There was at times, especially in afternoon or evenings, an unpleasant "cabbage-like" smell at the rear ground level of building three. This appeared to come from thebuidings behind the hotel but it was rather off-putting as it was quite bad on the evening we arrived. However we enjoyed our stay and would be happy to return. The comments are meant to try to be constructive for a new establishment.
"Best hotel I ever stayed at."
24th January 2012, Perth
I looked at many review about hotels in Phuket and endet up booking this hotel. We had the King size Room with Jacuzzi. It was just great. Enough room, clean, good service. Free Wlan and complimentary Mini-bar with 2 beers, cokes, water, sprite, juice per day. The Ipod station was a very great gadget too. I can not rate the restaurant as we haven't eaten there. The cocktails at the pool bar are nice and not much more expensive then at some other restaurants we been. The day we left we had a late flight and our room was already booked again. So they offered us to use the spa shower for free at night. It was great as we could enjoy the whole day on the pool. Went for dinner and picked our save stored suitcases late at night. I am not sure if I could stay in another hotel in Phuket after I stayed here.
"Great Hotel"
12th January 2012, Sydney
The hotel is only a few years old and it is very clean and tidy. The hotel staff are very helpful. We stayed in a deluxe room which was very spacious. The mattress was a little firm for my liking and the pillows weren't the best, but apart from that, it was very nice. The complimentry mini bar that is topped up daily was great too. It is located across the road from the beach and away from the main street so it was very quiet, even over new years with all the fireworks. I was a little dissapointed that the hotel's restaurant didn't have any Thai meals. My only other complaint was that there were no pool/beach towels available some of the days we wanted them. Bit annoying. But i would stay there again
