"Nice designed hotel and comfortable to stay"

I stay for 2 nights with my family. The check in was easy and efficient and the room was nice and comfortable. The hotel has complimentary 15 mins snorkeling or 1 hour banana boat, but unfortunately it was not informed upon my checked in, I just knew it on my last day and it was too late because we already have another plan to do. It was an unfortunate because we stay there for water sport and we end up with disappointment by another water sport organizer the day before. The room was clean on the 1st day, but on the 2nd day the bathroom was not cleaned up. My kid loves the free internet spot and the swimming pool. Would be better if the hotel has shuttle bus to Kuta area, since using taxi in Bali is not comfortable.Will stay again if we visit Bali again.
